Learning to eat everything

The Omnivore - Learning to eat everything. By Jeffrey Steingarten. Interesting article, but I will stay with all my food phobias. If some food don't smell good and it looks strange I don't eat. And if I have a "not so smart" idea of read the ingredients of a product when I'm eating, there is a big chance that I don't eat after more. (via Lifehacker)
