Web of Murnau

Emil Jannings in Faust

I found some links about one of my favourites directors: Web of Murnau. Murnau was one of the greatest directors of the silent era, until his premature dead. His films are visual poetry for me, a lesson of what is a good movie, they were and still fantastic. If you don't know his work try Der Letzte Mann, Nosferatu (his version of Dracula) and Faust first.

For more information about Murnau visit F. W. Murnau, Nosferatu, A Symphony of Horror, Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau - Webforum and F.W. Murnau: The Last Laugh and Faust.

P.S.: I wrote a review about Tabu, Murnau's last film, some years ago in Portuguese. If you want to read it, here is the link for PDF format.
